Pricing:

Shipping:
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon M/s.Oxi9 Essentials Pvt. Ltd. India's shipment to the shipping carrier.
For online orders, the orders will be approved and dispatched within 24 to 48 hrs* from the company.

Termination:
1.M/s.Oxi9 Essentials Pvt. Ltd. India may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the Terms.

Unauthorized Charges on your card
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on M/s. Oxi9 ESSENTIALS PVT. LTD., but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven't placed the order. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable M/s. Oxi9 Essentials Pvt.Ltd. India to begin an investigation.
Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders
While placing order,Customer has to verify the login details in the shopping cart before proceeding for payment. To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, M/s. Oxi9 Essentials Pvt. Ltd.reserves the right to cancel all past,pending and future orders without any liability. M/s. Oxi9 Essentials Pvt. Ltd.also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. Cancellation of Bulk Orders
M/s. Oxi9 Essentials Pvt. Ltd. India may cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order'under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by M/s. Oxi9 Essentials Pvt.Ltd. India:
1.Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
2.Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category
3.Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
4.Invalid address given in order details
5.Any malpractice used to place the order
Any promotional voucher used for placing the 'Bulk Order' may not be refunded
Cancellation of Orders
In case of online registered customer, he/she may have to contact customer care (or) send email to care@oxi9.com for processing any cancellation (or)refund within 30 days from the date of invoice.
What we do about mis pricings
